Out with the Old, and In with the New!

It has been more than literally 365 days since I promised myself that HUGE change. I tell you, the road to get to where I am now was not easy at all. I had to go through a lot of hardships, but I tell you — it was all worth it.
I am Danica and I HAVE CHANGED. I now weigh 25% lesser than my weight in 2011. Which means I was able to get a total makeover because of my huge physical change. I mean total makeover because:

  • I changed  the contents of my closet. All my old clothes were so loose that I had to get new ones too. Meaning, I was able to style myself up with the latest fashion trends unlike before.
  • I now have shorter hair and not afraid to show off my back and shoulder because they are very slender and firm.
  • I am a more active person — I even ran a full marathon just this summer!

These are just three of the many other positive changes that have came about all thanks to the hard work, diligence, discipline, and patience that I put into working out, dieting — living a healthy lifestyle.

As they say, out with the old and in with the new. What does this mean? It means I have to let go of everything in my past so I could embrace the changes and everything that’s to come; and that includes this blog. If you’ve read my posts here, it talks about my journey — my frustrations and joys when I wanted to change. Now, I have changed and I honestly don’t even want to re-live all the horror I’ve went through in the past.

But hey, out with the old and in with the new. So yes, I am planning on setting up a new blog soon!
